     Sound Entertainment Inc. uses only the finest professional state of the art stereo equipment. The speaker systems are designed and equipped by ELECTRO VOICE. The power amplifiers are QSC. The sound mixers and CD players are made by Numark.

     Sound Entertainment Inc. uses professional stage lighting to enhance the high quality sound systems. Flood lights fill the dance floor with a rainbow of color. Computerized lighting controllers make those colors dance to the beat of the music. Mirror balls, spot lights and other lighting instruments will accent certain music selections.

     Sound Entertainment Inc. was founded by two brothers, Tom and John Miltgen whose backgrounds complement the business. Tom has been involved with stage work and the entertainment business for more than 15 years and is a sound and lighting expert.  John is a business graduate and spent 10 years in the banking business.  He is the owner and responsible for the professional image the company enjoys.  

     The business was started as a hobby in 1981 and grew to become one of the larger mobile disc jockey operations in West Michigan.  Today, it has returned to its original form of doing business as a hobby.  Taking a slower pace, not overlooking any detail of the reception and a mature approach allows the client to feel more comfortable with the service they provide.

      Finally, the music library, is one of the most important reasons for hiring a disk jockey.  Sound Entertainment Inc. maintains more than 5,000 danceable hits; from the 40's through today, as well as, Polkas, Country, Waltzes, and a number of fun party songs.
